This is a guided practice where I hold space for your creative process, somatic movement, grounding meditation and emotional journey.
There is something powerful about being guided through this session with suggestions and tips. And when practiced live or in person, there is opportunity to ask questions and get feedback or suggestions to deepen or expand the story.
The Flow
Write
Think of a relationship you want to work with and write a conversation or a story exactly how you WANT it to be. Not how you think maybe it could be
Draw, Paint, Scribble
Put marks on paper. Get creative with color, texture, form. It doesn't need to look like anything, or it can if you want
Move
Dance, go put your bare feet on the ground, eat something, anything goes
PAUSE
Pause, close your eyes, focus on your breath, meditate
Rewrite
Write the story again, change it as much as you want to, or don't
The Future of Rewrite Your Relationships
The Guided Video Series
For those that want the diy version, or the ability to be guided whenever and wherever - there is an instruction video that goes over examples of each part of the practice.
A second video is the practice without the introduction and examples, so when you come back to it, it's simple to just follow along. The practice video itself is short. You pause the video to give yourself the time you need for each section, allowing a faster or slower pace as you need it.
The Live Workshops
A 2 hour workshop where we meet live.
A full guided session where we can work together in the creative energetic field, you can ask questions, share, get feedback or a different perspective if you so desire, or simply be held in the space of going deep into relationship work.
Workshops will be held through zoom or in person.
1:1 Deep Dive
Work with me 1:1 to explore how you relate in all your relationships. We'll use tools from this practice and much more to understand not only yourself better, but those closest to you as well.
